Inside Fruitcore Robotics’ showroom in Constance, a delegation from Mexico was given a first‑hand look at how industrial robotics “Made in Germany” actually work. The young, high‑tech company designs and manufactures its robots entirely in Germany and has already installed more than 1,200 systems in the manufacturing sector.
Mexico at the core of Germany’s growth strategy
The 15‑strong delegation from Partnering in Business with Germany spans a wide range of sectors – from metalwork to construction, IT, chemicals and fire protection. For Fruitcore Robotics, this mix is a real advantage, as it lets the company from Baden‑Württemberg connect with a broad set of potential partners in a short space of time.
Business Development Manager at Fruitcore Robotics, Martin Magrian, puts it simply: “Going international is a cornerstone of our growth plan. Programmes like this are priceless because they give us direct, first-hand insights into the markets we want to serve.” Mexico, he adds, holds a special place in that plan: “Mexico is, and will remain, a pivotal industrial hub for the whole North‑American market. The opportunities it offers for our international expansion are therefore huge.”
